Network Engineer

Citrin Cooperman is seeking an individual to fill the role of Network Engineer. This individual will design, implement, monitor, support and troubleshoot the each component of the company’s network infrastructure. This includes both voice and data networks. This individual will ensure the IT networks are consistent with industry best practices to ensure data confidentiality, integrity and availability. The ideal candidate will have experience in a multi-office environment. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate current voice and data infrastructure and provide insight on potential improvements in both technology and processes
  • Collaborates with support teams to evaluate developing technologies and their viability as part of the overall infrastructure roadmap
  • Provide support for all network related issues
  • Establish and document network monitoring tools, technologies, and processes
  • Work closely with other information technology service areas (application development, database administrators, systems administrators and desktop support) to deploy new solutions based on end user requirements
  • Create and maintain up to date network diagrams for the networking equipment at headquarters, disaster recovery
  • Ensure fault tolerate design of all data center components 

Skills Necessary

  • BS in Information Technology or related field.
  • Networking certification is required.
