Philip Baker is the co-managing partner of the firm’s Bethesda, Maryland office, bringing his vast experience to clients. His specialties include sophisticated tax research, planning, and preparation, estate planning, business planning and consulting, litigation support, and wealth management. Phil also sits on the firm's Executive Committee. He is a member of the firms Trust and Estate Advisory Board and a member of the Firm’s Individual Tax Subject Matters Expert Group.

Experience

Phil served as co-managing member and tax officer at Regardie, Brooks & Lewis, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2015. He first joined RB&L in 1974 and became an officer in 1978.

Phil serves a wide variety of privately-owned businesses, professional, and individual clients, as well as having managed RB&L’s tax practice.
